Reporting

Use the Create a Report feature to create a report or spreadsheet for the budget bill or budget amendment stage you are viewing.  

To create a report, click the Create a Report toolbar button. Check the sections you'd like to appear in the report. Selecting a heading row selects all the items or amendments under it.

Once you have finished selecting items or amendments to include, use the Report button at the bottom of the page to generate your report. Once the report is generated you'll then have the option to download it as a pdf, print or email the report. Use the Spreadsheet button to select data elements and view your report in tabular format.    

—To cancel the report, click the Cancel link at the bottom of the page.
