Left Sidebar Navigation

All portal pages have a left sidebar where you can directly navigate to any bill version, amendment set, or committee report for the currently-selected session year.

The homepage does not have the sidebar since it includes all these links in the body. Selectable items are shown in green and will highlight when the mouse arrow hovers over the selection.
