Alternate Contact - a secondary liaison between a state agency and the General Assembly.

Legislative Liaison - contact designated by a state agency to serve as the official spokesperson representing the agency.  General Assembly members direct inquiries to these contacts to assist with the legislative process.

Principal Contact - the primary liaison between a state agency and the General Assembly.
